Every week we make small batches of interesting and exotic spice blends, curries and teas blends including: Chermoula, Baharat, Ras El Hanout, Harissa, Za'atar, Lemon Myrtle Sprinkle, Malay Curry, Rogan Josh and Singapore Curry to name just a few, along with our famous Dukkahs . Our tea range includes Australian Bush Breakfast, Gunpowder Green, Yerba Mate`, Sleepy Time, Detox & Ginger Kiss as well as the ever popular Chai teas .
We use the best ingredients we can find in Australia, and beyond . We store all ingredients in a suitable environment and make small batches on our premises ensuring quality and freshness.

You can use our online herbs and spices shop or visit us in person at our store - Essence of Organics, Shop 2/153 Walsh St, Mareeba (Queensland, Australia).. We operate from Rustys Market on Friday and Saturday : 7am-3pm (in Cairns) and Mon - Sat: 9am-5pm from the shop (Mareeba).
