Every week we make small batches of interesting and exotic spice blends including: Chermoula, Baharat, Ras El Hanout, Harissa, Za'atar, Lemon Myrtle Sprinkle, Malay Curry, Rogan Josh and Singapore Curry to name just a few, along with our famous Dukkahs. Our tea range includes Australian Bush Breakfast, Gunpowder Green, Yerba Mate`, Sleepy Time, Detox & Ginger Kiss as well as the ever popular Chai teas. There are also Recipes which we hope you will take the time to try out.
We use the best ingredients we can find in Australia, and beyond. Our Wild Crafted herbs are harvested from their natural habitat, taking care only to remove a few branches, flowers or plants to ensure future supply. We store all ingredients in a suitable environment and make small batches on our premises ensuring quality and freshness.
We have also extended our range and added products from our Essence of Organics store. All products are organic and we encourage you to examine the new sections.

We operate from Rusty's Markets (Cairns) on Friday's : 7am - 4pm & Saturday's : 7am - 3pm and out of our shop (Mareeba) : Mon - Fri : 9am - 5pm & Sat : 9am - 12pm.
