Commencing as Mandy’s Herbs, the name was changed to Wattleseed Herbs and Spices Cairns and was to evolve more recently with new owners and image as The Spice Girls. We are a locally owned and operated family business and source our extensive product range from all over the world, including Australia. We endeavour to source local products and use blends that are preservative free and have no additives, as much as practical. As lovers of fine food, The Spice Girls Team has always enjoyed cooking spice orientated dishes. However, many exotic spices are difficult to source for the professional and the home cook. The Spice Girls have given Cairns and surrounding areas access to some of the world's finest herbs and spices. All of our spice blends are based on authentic tradition, and some we blend ourselves.
