The Spice Girls Ordering Information
- We pride ourselves on the speed of our service. As much as possible orders
are processed the same day they are received. We cannot guarantee dispatch
times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. Once the
order has been processed, any changes made to your order will be treated
as a new order.
- All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.
- Orders can be faxed, phoned or on the internet and the same conditions apply. All
orders must be paid for in full before being dispatched.

Orders can be sent via our website or to Shop 2/153 Walsh Street, Mareeba 4880, Queensland, Australia.
- All orders must be checked & lodged within 7 days of receipt. Any
claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately for any claim
to be
made.
- International orders will need to be confirmed before the order is processed,
payment is charged, and then the dispatch is made. The order will be held
until the customer advises the final confirmation. Advice on herbs & spices
entry into your country needs to be gained by yourself from your authorities.
No
responsibility will be taken if once the order has been dispatched and the
herbs/spices are not accepted into your country.
The Spice Girls Shipping (Postage and handling) Information
- Freight calculation is based on weight, volume and destination. We use
Australia Postage for all freight except in some cases for large wholesale
orders. The
cost of postage will vary on the destination and for wholesale orders is
calculated upon the order being ready for dispatch.
- International shipping
may require legal documents for export purposes. Please
check with your local shipping agent or customs agent. Goods being held,
stored, or penalties incurred in processing International orders will be
passed on
to the buyer/importer before the order is dispatched.
