Bath

  To soothe the soul, lift the spirits and bring about some calmness in a hectic lifestyle, try 6 - 10 drops of one or a combination of the following:

Lavender,  Rose Geranium,  Tangerine,  Clary Sage,  Lemon,  Bergamot,  Jasmine,  Frankincense, Petitgrain, Rosemary or  Juniper



To treat wounds or inflammed areas try 8 - 12 drops of one or a combination of the following:

Calendula,  Peppermint,  Juniper,  Spearmint,  Clove,  Pine 
  Red Thyme  or   Wound Healing Blend.



To soothe painful muscles 6 - 10 drops of one or a combination of the following:

Basil, Neroli & Rosemary.
