Bath - Foot

 After a long day refresh those tired feet in a foot bath with 1 Tbsp cider vinegar (helps dispel the oil) & 4-6 drops of one or a combination of the following:

Lemongrass,  Rosemary,  Eucalyptus,  Tea Tree,  Clove,  Thyme and  Peppermint.

After a good soak, dry the feet, then with a blend of a little lavender oil & jojoba oil give your feet a good rub with this oil blend.
