Who can resist a gentle massage to ease those tired muscles, aching feet,  strained muscles, anxiety, emotional stress, improve immune system & insomnia.  Try one or a combination of the following oils:

Cypress,  Pine,  Peppermint,  Lavender,  Cinnamon,  Juniper or Red Thyme.

Blend 5-10 drops of  Essential Oil  with 30gms carrier oil (see first section of Essential Oils). Warming the oil ever so slightly makes the massage more enjoyable.
