Compresses

To ease the pain from menstrual cramps, strained muscles, rhuematic pain & boils, use the following oils, singularily or in a combination in a warm compress:


Clary Sage,  Peppermint,  Lavender,  Rose geranium,  Rosemary,  Basil,  Sage  and  Cypress


In a bowl of warm water, add 5-7 drops of Essential Oil, swish around with a cloth, wring out and apply warm cloth to affected area. Remove as it cools and reapply it warm.


For sprains, bruising, inflammation & swelling use a cold compress made from ice or very cold water and when it warms up, reapply it cold.
