Bombaywalla - Hot


Ingredients: coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, chilli, black pepper, ginger, fenugreek, mustard, turmeric.

A rather fiery curry blend, great in fish, chicken & lamb dishes, vegetables, especially potatoes & soup. Be sure to add onions and coconut cream to the dishes for an authentic taste.

Use in cooking: Start with 1 Tbsp sprinkled over 500 gm meat as it's browning until you find the taste you like. You can always add more but not less. You can also make a paste by adding curry spice to water or oil, then add to meat after it has browned.
