Garam Masala


Ingredients: coriander, cinnamon, cumin, cloves, cardamom, fennel, ginger, pepper, nutmeg & pimento. Australian & imported ingredients.

Garam masala is generally added towards the end of cooking or just before serving. Use as directed in all your recipes but don't be afraid to add it to pumpkin or potato soup just before serving. It is most often used in Butter Chicken but not as often in fish or vegetable dishes as it has a tendency to overwhelm them.
