Lemon Myrtle Leaf


Ingredients: Australian Native Lemon Myrtle,

Uses: Strong flavour & aroma, ideally suited for fish, white meats, & vegetable dishes.

Can be used in sauces, desserts & baking of biscuits, muffins & cakes.

Best if infused with hot water to release the oils.

Lemon Myrtle Drink

1 Tbsp dried lemon myrtle leaves, Enough boiling water to cover leaves. Let cool for at least an hour. The liquid should be the colour of tea.

Add to 2 litres of cold water.

This is a very refreshing drink.
